At work I use a rubbish 22' TN panel and have no issues at all, even after a full day of text-based work. Beginning to think that the monitor may just not be for me. TaKeN: no, still experimenting and not really sorted. But with these settings, things which aren't on a white background (ie: the forums) are too dim!īone9: no idea how you handle it at the stock settings - straight out of the box, mine was like looking at the sun Currently I'm at 25 brightness and 35 contrast, which is as far as I can go before reading on a white background becomes uncomfortable almost immediately. I'm also experimenting with various settings on the monitor itself. I didn't notice any difference, so perhaps the settings were already at default. Titaniumx3: I've restored all settings to default in the Radeon control panel (graphics card is an HD 7850). Windows key > Settings > type in the search bar calibrate - edited 07-22-2017 A software component will damage your computer message displays when. I can definitely notice a difference, so we'll see how it goes. Uaon: I already had the driver and default ICC profile installed, but have just switched to the custom ICC profile available from TFTCentral.
